I'm making this my fairwell...
I'm on day three of the diet today, and things are going well. I MADE IT TO MY GOAL WEIGHT!!!

TO ALL OF YOU OUT THERE WHO STUCK TO THIS CHALLENGE OR WHO ARE STILL WORKING TOWARD MAKING PROGRESS...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I HOPE THAT YOU ALL HAVE A WONDERFUL SUMMER. AS I WON'T BE HERE NEXT YEAR, I JUST WANT TO THANK ALL OF YOU WHO HELPED TO MAKE MY YEAR HERE AT FORT WASHAKIE A GREAT ONE! ENJOY THE SUNSHINE AND GOOD LUCK NEXT FALL.

Had a great weekend! Did lots of yard work, enjoyed time with my family, and ate well too!! Today is back to day two of the St.Joe's Med. Diet, and I'm feeling like it's still going well. I think I'm going to make my goal weight before school is out!!! And then I plan to re-evaluate my goals for the summer and move forward from there. If anyone out there is still blogging....good job! Tracey- Hope things are going well. I know you are still at this...keep up the good work.

Everyone have a great last week of school before summer (and for those of you, summer school)...

THursday's Food Log
Breakfast-hard boiled egg, slice of toast, and 1/2 banana
Lunch-cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
Dinner-2 hot dogs, 1c brocc, 1/2c carrots, 1/2c ice cream

WEdnesday's Food Log
Breakfast-grapefruit, 1/2 bagel w/ pbutter
Lunch-piece of chicken and 1/3 c ice cream
Dinner-3 oz meat, 1c green beans, 1/2c beets
Snack- an apple

I didn't stick exactly to the diet yesterday as the Title staff had a going away party for those of us who are leaving. But I'm starting on day two today... Hopefully it won't get sabatoged!

Dinner-hamburger patty with ketchup, slice of watermelon....didn't follow the diet to the T as we were at a track BBQ...(kicking myself) but today is a new day and I'm going to continue on day 2

Monday's Food Log
Breakfast- grapefruit and a muffin
Lunch-1/2 grilled cheese and tomato soup
Snack-handful of peanuts
Dinner=-chicken and rice, 1/2 c ice cream

Played vball last night, did some yard work, and enjoyed the sound of the rain on our metal roof!

Breakfast this am was 1/2 grapefruit and a piece of toast with pbutter.

Okay....I've been a slacker for the past (almost) week. I didn't keep track of my food log, I haven't blogged, and well...let's just say LIFE HAPPENS! I've been out of town since last week at the state track meet and then yesterday spent the day at graduation and grad. parties. But I haven't been on the St. Joseph's Med. Diet in almost three weeks and I've only gained back a pound and a half. I started it again today because I have a few more pounds I'd still like to lose, but right now I'm sitting at 152 and fitting into many of my clothes that I haven't even dared to get out of the closet for a while.

Tuesday's Food Log
Breakfast=1 sausage link and a pancake
Lunch=soup and salad
Dinner- 1 slice of pizza

We had our 5/6th grade AAU picnic last night.... It's officially over!!! And hopefully I won't have to eat pizza for a long time. I love pizza, but two nights in a row is too much.

Breakfast this a.m. was a grapefruit and a piece of toast. I'll be gone the next couple of days, so I'll catch you all next Monday.
